Shipping: We ship by post unless otherwise requested.
Shipping and handling costs from our Canadian or US wholesale warehouses within North America is $10 [Insurance is mandatory at $1.20 for first $100 worth of product, $0.55 for each successive increment of $100).
If the client requests shipping by courier, the client pays the actual cost.
On export orders outside North America the actual shipping costs are billed plus insurance ($1.20 per $100 of product).

Payments: Prepayment by money order, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or wire.
Prepaid deposit accounts for net 7 to 15 days terms can also be setup up to expedite ordering.

Claims: All claims for freight damage must be reported to the freight carrier and to our order desk within 48 hours of receipt. We are not responsible for any damages or lost shipments. If the carrier and /or the insurance will not take responsibility there is no adjustment.
Please note in some overseas countries shipments cannot be insured, and the purchaser is solely responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen shipments.
All products leave our care properly packed and in good condition.
Liquids are always shipped at the purchaser's own risk!
Wherever possible insurance is mandatory on all orders.

Returns: Returns must have prior written approval.
All authorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge - please note no exceptions unless due to our error, or our manufacturer's error.
Expired, opened, or perishable products cannot be returned. All returns require prior management approval, and the client is responsible for return freight costs.
Account credited only - no cash credit rebates.
